We are having a Formal Meeting this Thursday where Officer Elections for 2007-2008 will take place!Once a year members of Gamma Gamma are required to attend a formal meeting. No prior AXO experience is necessary, just a desire to be involved and take on a non-profit
leadership role. Positions will be discussed at the meeting and what will be required of board members.

AXO Officer Transition Meeting

This transition meeting gives the outgoing executive officers’ a chance to pass on their knowledge to the incoming exec board so that there is a smooth transition.

For old exec members: Be prepared to explain your position in detail (good, bad), all contacts that you have established, any materials you have collected and need to pass on, etc.

For new exec members: Please come prepared with questions for your position, writing materials, ideas for events you will host (approx. 2 per person), a calendar to look at dates, etc.
